Official Ticket Drop Rules

1. Sponsor

These giveaways (each, a “Ticket Drop”) are sponsored and administered by PrettyListedATL (Vanessa Kelly, REALTOR®), Atlanta, Georgia (the “Sponsor”).

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or engagement of real estate services will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

Each Ticket Drop is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Winners must be able to attend the specified game at the specified date, time, and venue. Travel to and from the venue, parking, food, beverages, and any other expenses are the winner's sole responsibility.

4. How to enter

Complete and submit the entry form on the Ticket Drop landing page, including all required fields. Entries with incomplete, false, or unreachable contact information may be disqualified.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Ticket Drop. Duplicate entries, automated entries, and entries submitted through bots or scripts will be voided.

5. Entry period

Each Ticket Drop has its own entry deadline, stated in the fine print on that campaign's landing page. Entries received after the stated deadline will not be considered.

6. Winner selection and notification

One (1) winner per Ticket Drop will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period, unless the campaign page states otherwise.

The winner will be notified by the date stated on the campaign page via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prize

The prize for each Ticket Drop is two (2) tickets to the specified Atlanta Hawks home game, unless otherwise stated on the campaign page. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Not affiliated with the NBA or any team

These Ticket Drops are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by the National Basketball Association, the Atlanta Hawks, State Farm Arena, any opposing team, or any social media platform.

9. Privacy

Information you submit is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the Ticket Drop and to share Atlanta real estate and community resources with you. We do not sell your information. You may request removal from communications at any time by replying to any message from us.

10. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Ticket Drop if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs its integrity.
